The head tube reamer creates coaxially exact plane cup seats on the head tube. To avoid overstraining, put constant pressure on reamer with the spring. The tool can be rotated only in cutting direction (clockwise)! Use plenty of cutting oil while reaming, choose appropriate oil for each material used in frame. Tip: before reaming, remove eventual chrome film to avoid early abrasion of the reamer!

The tool is constructed for simultaneous press of top and bottom headset cups into the head tube. Before doing that it is strongly recommended to check the accuracy of the cup seats inside the head tube. If needed, correct the size with head tube reamer (art. 720005/720006/720046).

TIPP
Add some grease on the head set to be pressed, this way you ease the work and safe the tools.
